Applying Partial Credit

The Partial Credit Partial Credit button on assessments allows users to give credit towards the next compliance or maturity level.

  1. In an assessment with practices at different response levels, to apply partial credit after the completion of action items, navigate to the practice:

    Objective with incomplete practices

  2. Give partial credit for practices that should count towards the next compliance or maturity level:

    These changes are immediately reflected in the assessment scores. The images below reflect scores before and after partial credit was given:
