Axio360 company admins can enable an integration with Zendesk. This will work out of the box once enabled for generic implementations, and data will be stored in the integrated Zendesk instance.
The following parameters are required for the integration setup:
- the Zendesk API key. Refer to the Zendesk documentation under Generating API tokens for detailed instructions on how to retrieve the API key necessary for the integration.
- an Email address.
