Roles in the Axio Cyber Risk Quantification Process

| Facilitator | The Axio or client staff member appointed to conduct the Cyber Risk Quantification Workshop (may be the same person as the Project Lead). |
| Logistics Coordinator | A client staff member appointed to provide logistics assistance for the Cyber Risk Quantification Workshop for their business unit or department. |
| Project Assistant | A client staff member appointed to assist the Axio360 Cyber Risk Quantification Workshop and Process for the business unit or department. |
| Project Lead | A client staff member appointed to lead the Axio360 Cyber Risk Quantification Workshop and Process for the business unit or department. |
| Scribe | A client staff member appointed to capture responses, on-screen notes, and action items during the Cyber Risk Quantification Workshop for their business unit or department. |
| Sponsor | A client higher level manager responsible for their business unit’s or department’s participation in the Cyber Risk Quantification Process. |

When deploying the Cyber Risk Quantification Process across distributed facilities and/or business units, the Project Lead may assume responsibility for the overall process rollout, but Facilitators may lead individual workshops. In this approach, the Project Lead would ensure that all distributed entities perform the quantification process as directed and produce expected results. Still, Facilitators would primarily perform the detailed activities in this document.
